We didn't take too many pictures today. It looks pretty nice in the shots, but it was REALLY windy and kinda rainy all day. I hoped to recreate the "in the leaf" shots that we had of Kellan (see October '07 -- so cute!) in the pumpkin suit two years ago...Sean would have had a very wet bottom if I tried (and...he's not really sitting up yet). He's still super cute!

This is the last time that Sean will be able to wear this (one of my favorites from Auntie Jennifer) so we had to do the comparison - NOW!

Here are a few pics from the last few days. We've been busy...but it's been good!

Kellan likes to go to sleep with a toy and sometimes his tent...he played in bed for a while tonight before "passing out."

Look at all there is to love of this little man...so cuddly!!!


Kellan started to turn on the light when it's time for bed, so I dug out this little lantern toy that I've had forever. He likes it...but still turns on the BIG light to look at books...not a battle I'm gonna pick right now...

All about mail today...this morning we brought a birthday package to the Post office to mail to cousin Eve. (We hope you get it in time for your first Birthday Eve!! - We are very excited for you...so excited, in fact, that we forgot to wrap part of your gift...oops!) And...this evening, Kellan and Sean got a spooky -- but fun (and noisy) Halloween card from Em and Erin ; ). Kellan loved getting mail...very fun, thank you so much!! XOXO

Hello All,

We had a very nice weekend. We discovered (actually the Bishops did the discovering) a great little farm (Breezy Maples) right here in town. We visited on Saturday and...guess who forgot the camera? Well, you'll have to take my word for it that it was really fun and we all enjoyed it very much. Kellan got to sit on a pony - although he didn't make the 3 year old minimum to ride. We went on a hay ride and through a corn husk tunnel. Fall fun for sure!

Here are a couple of pics from tonight as we got dressed to go to Crista's birthday party. Thank you Uncle Ciaran and Auntie Dee for the stylish clothes! Many compliments were heard tonight : )

 

 

Sean does have a few little scrapes on his nose. One of them was self inflicted...the other two were caused by an overly helpful big brother...an accident of course.

 

 

We went to get some pumpkins tonight...Kellan had a lot of fun...

Do you think the color is off on my camera or what?!...That's the same snowsuit and, trust me, Sean needed it tonight 'cause it is COLD!

Just checking in to say we had a lovely Looong weekend. Although it never seems quite long enough does it? I'm trying hard to treasure every minute along the way (even weekdays).

Sean had his first bites of cereal this weekend and he really enjoyed it...yummm!!

A very happy Friday night to all...especially since this is the start of a 3 day weekend - Yeah! Our blog has been quite full of Sean lately, so I wanted to even the score. When the baby fell asleep early tonight, Kellan and I took the opportunity to do a little art project and have some play time before a bedtime snack.
